Project Summary

We have standardized a 3-week implementation approach to deploy the OAE solution, which addresses:

  • A dedicated estimation solution packed with features such as: real-time collaboration and data updates; built-in complex math calculators with full parametric support; copy work items, schedules, labor breakdowns, steps, etc.; document management; and more.
  • Data Capture and Traceability. “What gets measured, gets done.” OAE measures everything, and there is a full audit trail with opportunity to report on progress and improvement.
  • Through our dedicated service, OAE will continue to be a platform to build a future upon.

Implementation Overview

  • Baseline Install & Security Controls: 1 Week
  • Implementation and Change Management Implement configuration, execute user validation, and conduct user training. Includes three-training sessions: 2 Weeks
  • Go-Live: 1 Day
  • Sustain (OAE Product Support): Ongoing

Implementation Scope

Baseline Install

  • Initiate OAE SaaS
  • Implement user access controls

Discovery and Design

  • Conduct interviews with Estimation team to understand organization-specific requirements
  • Analyze current estimation processes and tools
  • Develop and iterate system design based on discovery findings

*Actual development and implementation of custom integration(s) will be handled as part of separate effort to be scoped based on discovery findings.

Implementation, Testing & Training

  • Implement industry- and location-specific configuration based on system design
  • End-user validation in a sandbox project to collect feedback
  • Iterate on system configuration based on user feedback
  • OAE-led user and administrator training, targeted for each role

Go-Live and Support

  • Go-live with application
  • Advise on import of historical estimates to leverage data in future estimates
  • Transition sustainment services from project team to OAE support team

Assumptions in Connection with Professional Onboarding

  • Relevant staff will be readily available for requirements gathering and validation, as well as acceptance testing, among other key activities, and shall assign a Project Manager for the duration of the project who will coordinate meeting schedules and availability of Company personnel reasonably needed for the delivery of the Services.
  • Documentation and system(s) access will be provided in a timely manner to enable the performance of the Services.
  • If Customer does not materially comply with these assumptions or the Project otherwise exceeds its scope as defined, OAE may have to bill for certain services at its then-current hourly rates or initiate a change order to be signed by the parties.
